All Platinum versions come with a years access to the upgrade site which requires registration. Here you can download all new versions of the software. The easiest way to do this is to check for updates on the Help menu of the program. If an update is available you will be shown a list of the differences between the version you are running and the latest. You then get a chance to automatically upgrade.

After a year it will be possible to purchase an annual subscription to upgrades. You can select "Purchase Add-ons" from the Help menu to get the current price and purchase link for your version. There will be no need to purchase major version upgrades unless you choose not to subscribe to further updates. All subscriptions are sold by MyCommerce.

Versions prior to the Platinum can be updated by purchasing a version upgrade. Upgrades can be purchased as a download or a new CD/Manual. See the upgrades section of our UK online shop, the Softshop download shop or your local distributor.

Non-English language users should always purchase from their local distributors to maintain local support. We will also try to help directly using Google translate to translate emails. DP Software can supply manuals in English and German. PDF manuals of Danish and Norwegian are only available as part of the Broderi software supplied in those countries due to license agreements.
