If I purchase from overseas, will I still get support ?

English language versions

If you purchase an english language version of the software then provided it is not a pirate copy, you will get full support from DP Software UK regardless of country of purchase. Do be aware that if you import from outside Europe, you will get charged tax on receipt of the package plus a collection charge from the post office.

Our US distributor does not handle technical questions so please contact us in the UK.

Upgrades are also available regardless of the country of purchase.

Non-English language versions

If you purchase a non-English language version then we will do our best to answer any support questions but do bear in mind that we only speak English at DP Software UK. If your message is not in English we may have to use a software translator or pass your enquiry to our overseas distributor for translation.

Our distributors of non-English versions are normally happy to answer questions if you have purchased a version from them. Please do not ask our overseas distributors to support software not purchased from them as they are not paid to do this - contact us in the UK.

Updating your Platinum version can be done through the automatic update on the Help menu.

To upgrade from an earlier non_English version to Platinum, please contact your local distributor.
