Card security
Credit card details are entered on a secure form hosted by a
specialist credit card processor approved by the card companies.
In normal circumstances, DP Software only see the last 4 digits of
your card number and the result of security checks. We may get more
information in the event of fraud or if the customer challenges a charge
to their card.
In the event of a card refusal, we are not given a reason so
cannot offer you an explanation - please contact your card
company.
Your card number is not stored on any server at DP Software and is
never sent by email so even if hackers compromise our security, there
is no chance of them getting your details.
Personal Details
We do not share your personal data with any 3rd parties except in
the case of credit card fraud. Where fraud is discovered, we will
share the customers details with a company that keeps a fraud
database.
We do not use or condone the use of bulk email except for mailing
customers who have signed up for our mailing lists on the topics they
have asked for.

available to the police. In addition we may be given the full credit
