New updates

Over the last few days, all the Windows versions have been updated, mostly to fix reported bugs and some compatibility problems with older file formats.
Today the Mac version is also updated to correct some bugs and also add new stitch types. These are the stitches supplied with the Windows version as samples for the stitch editor. The Mac version will get its own stitch editor shortly.
