A week ago, suddenly ceased to appear backstitch thickness. That is, I choose a double or triple thread, and on the screen, I see the usual, single. What to do? Windows 10

On the "Stitches" menu, go to "Backstitch" and ensure "Show backstitch thickness" is checked.

To save settings as default choose "Save settings" on the "Settings" menu.
