Additional threads

An expanded selection of fibers and some additions to a couple current ranges would be much appreciated. In particular:

Rainbow Gallery Petite Treasure Braid
Rainbow Gallery Splendor silk
Kreinik Silk Mori and Silk Mori Milkpaints
Kreinik blending filament

The current Kreinik Silk Serica range is incomplete. There are a number of colors missing.
The Kreinik color range looks to be for their #8 braid, but includes only about half the colors.

Another feature is to be able to create blends using fibers from more than one color range, such as a blend of a DMC floss and that Kreinik blending filament.

I will obtain new shade cards and update.

You can blend between ranges or within a range by selecting "Blend current colour" from the palette menu. Just click on the top colour sample in the blend dialog and then on the required colour in the palette at the bottom of the screen. Repeat for the second colour sample and optionally the third. You can switch colour ranges in the bottom palette without affecting the selected colour range for the rest of your palette - so you can blend from different ranges. The blended colour will be of the form "310 + 210" if the colours are in the same range and any colour from a different range will have the range name as a prefix to the number. So you might end up with "948 + Kreinik:012".

Duh! Of course! Sometimes the most obvious escapes me. Just as you can use colors from more than one palette by switching palettes in the Add/Remove Colors window.

Thanks!
