This is becoming a real problem, as our business is essentially shut down without this software. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software. No joy. I have installed both the 2017 and 2020 demo versions. Nothing. We had a friend download the new demo version on his computer and try to load one of our xsp files. That worked perfectly, so the problem must be related to our particular installation. I have tried deleting all the related files I could find (users->appdata and Windows->Program Files (x86)). Nothing different. There must be another config file out there somewhere, because when I reinstall the software it still retains my old screen layout and the default folder pointers.
