Existing Platinum version users
All Platinum versions come with 1 year of free upgrades (2 years for purchases before 1 Jan 2018). To obtain these, simply go to the help menu of your program and find the free upgrades item.

First you need to select 'Register' while connected to the Internet. From here, you can choose a user ID and password that your software will use to get updates and then fill in your details. After we check your application, you will get an email confirming your membership of the updates.

From now on, just go to the help menu and select "Check for updates" to see if there are any updates available. You can also choose the check on program start option. If you check on program start then you will only get a message if there is an update.

After expiry of the free years
Once your free update period has ended, you can see the options for extending it by choosing "Purchase add-ons" from the Help menu or by following the links at https://www.dpsoftware.com/register . Its easier to use the Help menu because it takes you directly to the correct options for your version.

Versions older than Platinum
You can only get a free update to the last release of your version (5,6,2000 or 2003). Register at https://www.dpsoftware.com/register to qualify.

I've had an account for some time - my first purchase was XSPro 2000. How do I get Platinum to notice that account? I've written to request approval at least a couple times, and again today. I don't want to register a new account, mostly because it won't let me use my usual username because my old account has it. Help, please?

I have just added Platinum to your approved access areas.

For anyone wanting to do this, you need to add your new serial number to your account details and then email to let me know of the change. Just adding a new serial number will not work on its own.

What has happened to the page at www.dpsoftware.co.uk/register?
I'm sure that's where we went to login to our account? It now seems to be only a register page. Am I mistaken? I just need to get my serial number for a reinstall.

I think I found a temporary workaround.
If I put in our account name and click submit I get to another page, if I then click one of the small Return links it takes me to the login section.

I need to update the website as its a bit of a mess after a couple of server changes and 3 domain names being merged. You can login at this page:
