Size of master color range

Postby woolymammoth » Mon Mar 11, 2019 7:23 pm

The master color range is apparently limited to 900 colors. I have been using a combined DMC and Anchor color range I created by merging the two individual ranges. But with the 900 color limit and the new DMC colors, the range is too small to accommodate all the colors. Can the range size be expanded?

Should be 1000 colors in current version. Have you updated to the latest version ?

I am running version 3.3.72. When I downloaded the latest version from the updates page, it was the same.

Send your old icon to the trash first and then install the download.
Version 3.3.111 has just been uploaded so you should see that in the About box.

I dragged the old icon to the trash, downloaded the update, ran the installation, but About still says 3.3.72. What am I doing wrong?

Tried again, dragged xstitch.app from Finder to the trash and installed the update. When opening the software it asks for an unlock code. Previous updates have never asked for a code. ?????? So now I can't open the software.

The unlock code is the same code you used when you first installed the software. The location of the license file changed some time ago in order to be acceptable to all versions of OS X. Once you have it installed in the new location, it should not ask for it again even if you remove the software and re-install. If you have lost the code, please email as I cannot post in a public forum. Mac codes start MAE-
