Unable to update

Hi, Im trying to update through the help menu but it won't let me log in - keeps saying its either wrong details (they were saved on my machine from previous times) or free updates have expired (I only registered in January). Many thanks

Your account still has access. If you have gone back to an earlier version, it is possible that you now have a version before the updates were working. Alternatively there is some security software on your machine that prevents the program getting access.

Try quiting the program and getting the latest version directly from the registered users page from your browser with your id/password. Will email you location.
