If you go to the Key tab of the print and click remove template, it will update the designs key template with the latest. If it is then still a problem, can you email a test design that has been saved after you try the preview. This will ensure the design contains all the settings you are using including the template being used. (If you have a custom template then removing template will only replace with your changed version and this will allow me to see it and recommend any changes).
