New member and question about download vs cd

Hi, I'm so glad to have found this site! I am anxious to delve into cross stitch design!

I would like to ask a question. Is there a difference between the download purchase and the box purchase?

The software is the same and both have the manual as a pdf document but the boxed versions have a printed and bound manual and a CD with the softwares unlock code printed on the front. When you purchase the download, you get an email with the download location and your unlock code.
