All Platinum versions come
with 2 years access to the upgrade site which
requires registration. Here you can download all
new versions of the software. The easiest way to do
this is to check for updates on the Help menu of
the program. If an update is available you will be
shown a list of the differences between the version
you are running and the latest. You then get a
chance to automatically upgrade.
After 2 years it will be
possible to purchase additional years of upgrades.
Since the Platinum version is not yet 2 years old,
there is no current pricing for this. There will be
no need to purchase major version
upgrades.
Versions prior to the
Platinum can be updated for free only within the
major version number originally purchased. That is
version 5, 6, 2000 or 2003. Additionally you can
purchase an upgrade to the Platinum version which
will then get you a further 2 years of free
upgrades. Upgrades can be purchased as a download
or a new CD/Manual. See the upgrades section of our
website, any of the Softshop download shops or your
local distributor.
Non-English language users
should always purchase from their local
distributors to maintain local support.
